Titles are now available for all lots as the Survey Plans have been sealed by Launceston City Council (LCC) and are ready for immediate issue by Land Titles Office. Latest titles were issued within 20 calendar days.
A house planning application to LCC is quite easy. Just send in a copy of the title, your site and building plans, a list of acceptable solutions compliant for the residential code and our free geotechnical report.

Please note there is a 15m nature buffer to the West of Stage 4 which is a requirement of the Launceston City Council (LCC). LCC also require a 4m nature buffer along the Southern boundary of lots 37 to 40 and a 4m nature buffer along the Northern boundary of lots 43 to 46.
