Take advantage of the First Home Builder Boost by building a new home.

$20,000.00 ENDS 30 June 2019.

The Boost is designed to assist first home builders of new homes including spec homes, homes off the plan and owner builder homes or registered builder homes.

Eligible applicants may now receive assistance of up to $20,000.00 with eligibility tied to the First Home Owners Grant.

The Boost is available for a short time only and providing all eligibility criteria are satisfied, for contracts entered between and including 1 January 2017 and 30 June 2018.
